Why we started AussieWave
We’d seen too many business owners handed a login and left to fend for themselves — updates, backups, security and downtime all quietly becoming their problem. Meanwhile the bill crept up and the support got harder to reach.
So we built the opposite: a genuinely managed service on our own infrastructure, with pricing you can read and real people who answer. Fewer customers, looked after properly.
