Pricing you can read at a glance.
No teaser rates. No renewal jumps. No drip-fed add-ons. We break your bill into plain parts — and always show the all-in monthly total. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars, and it is the price you actually pay.
How our pricing works
Three parts, each one a line you can read. Add domains, email or premium SSL only if you need them.
Platform & Management
A flat $35/mo per site. This is the hands-on part — core and plugin updates, backups, monitoring, security patching and having someone who knows your site.
Resources
From $10/mo. Sizes the horsepower — CPU, memory and storage — to your site’s traffic. Move up or down at any time, no penalty.
Support
Basic support is included on every plan. Want faster response times and priority in the queue? Add Priority for $20/mo.
Managed website plans
Platform & Management plus the right Resource tier — shown as the real all-in monthly price, not a headline rate.
Essential
One site. For sole traders and small businesses who want it handled.
Business
One site with room to move. For growing sites with steady, everyday traffic.
Pro
One site, serious headroom. For busy, heavier sites and small online stores.
Priority support is +$20/mo on any plan. Not sure which tier fits? Tell us your traffic and we’ll pick it with you — and it is easy to change later.
What “Resources” actually means
Your Resource tier is the computing horsepower your website runs on — processor, memory and storage. It is a separate line from Platform & Management because the two scale for completely different reasons: management is about how much looking-after your site needs, resources are about how much traffic and work it has to handle.
Because every site runs in its own container rather than sharing one big server, these are resources allocated to you — not a share of a pool you are competing with a hundred other sites for. That is the main reason a container tier performs differently to shared hosting with the same numbers on the box.
| Resource tier | Essential | Business | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| Processor | 0.5 vCPU | 1 vCPU | 2 vCPU |
| Memory | 512 MB | 1 GB | 2 GB |
| Storage (NVMe SSD) | 5 GB | 20 GB | 50 GB |
| Traffic | Unmetered fair use 100 GB/mo | Unmetered fair use 500 GB/mo | Unmetered fair use 1 TB/mo |
| Comfortable at around | 5,000 visits/mo | 25,000 visits/mo | 75,000 visits/mo |
| Typically suits | Brochure sites, sole traders, local services | Established business sites, light WooCommerce | Busy sites, online stores, membership sites |
| Price | $10/mo | $25/mo | $50/mo |
The visit figures are a guide, not a cap. We will never send you a surprise overage bill for having a good month — the fair-use figures are the point where we start a conversation about moving tier, not a meter that bills you. If your site consistently needs more than its tier comfortably provides, we will tell you and recommend moving up — and if you are paying for headroom you are not using, we will tell you that too.

Pricing questions
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Every part of your bill is a line you can read, and we always show the all-in monthly total. No setup fees, and no teaser rate that jumps on renewal.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in. You stay because it works. You can move up or down a tier, or leave, whenever you like — and we will help you move your site out if you go.
How is this different from cheap WordPress hosting?
Most hosting sold as “WordPress hosting” in Australia is shared hosting with a WordPress toolkit bolted on — you still run the updates, you still watch the backups, you still fix it when a plugin breaks the site. We do all of that for you. That is the difference, and it is what the Platform & Management fee pays for.
Why is there no GST on my invoice?
We are not currently registered for GST, so there is none to add. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Resources scale up or down as your site grows, and you can add or drop Priority support at any time. We will tell you when we think you should move tier, in either direction.
What happens if my site outgrows the Pro tier?
We move you to a Managed VPS with dedicated resources, and we handle the migration. Nothing about how you work with us changes — same team, same management, more headroom.
Want a price for exactly what you need?
Tell us about your site — we will put together a clear, all-in quote with every line itemised.
