“WordPress hosting” is usually shared hosting with a WordPress toolkit attached. The toolkit can install WordPress and click an update button — but you decide when to run it, you check whether it broke anything, and you restore the backup when a plugin conflict takes the site down on a Friday afternoon.

Do you host websites in Australia?
Yes. Your site runs on Australian infrastructure, and it is supported by our team from our office in Victoria — not an offshore call centre. That matters for page speed for Australian visitors, and it matters when you need to talk to someone.
Can you move my existing website across?
Yes, and the migration is free and managed by us. We copy the site, test it on staging, check forms, email and SSL, then cut over. You do not need to do anything technical, and we work around your schedule if timing matters.
Do I need to know anything about WordPress?
No. You can edit your own content if you want to, and we will show you how. If you would rather not touch it at all, that is fine too — send us the change and we will make it.
What if my site goes down?
We monitor it continuously and we are usually working on the problem before anyone reports it. You can also call us. Because we hold current off-site backups, we can roll the site back quickly if a change or an update is the cause.
Can my developer still get access?
Yes. Staging environments, file access and database access are all available when you or your developer need them. Managed does not mean locked out — it means you are not obliged to be the one doing the work.
Do you handle domains and email too?
Yes. You can keep your website, domain names and business email with us under one account and one invoice, which means no finger-pointing between providers when something needs fixing.
